Cannabisregulations.ai
Effective Date: December 12, 2023 Onward
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and ComplyAssistAI LLC, operating CannabisRegulations.ai ("we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your use of our web application and services.
Grant of License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use CannabisRegulations.ai in accordance with this Agreement. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the services as provided by us, in the manner permitted by this Agreement
Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
a. License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the application or make the platform available to any third party.
b. Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the application.
c. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of ComplyAssistAI LLC or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the application.
Your Account
a. Account Creation:
You must register for an account to access certain features of our services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.
b. Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment Terms
a. Fees:
You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account based on ComplyAssistAI LLC’s fees, charges, and billing terms.
b. Payment Processing:
Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. You agree to provide Stripe with valid payment information.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to CannabisRegulations.ai and its components will remain with and belong exclusively to ComplyAssistAI LLC.
User Content
You retain all your ownership rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through CannabisRegulations.ai. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute this content in connection with our services.
Termination
This Agreement is effective unless terminated by either you or us. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
You acknowledge and agree that the application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and that your use of or reliance upon the application and any third-party content and services accessed thereby is at your sole risk and discretion.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ComplyAssistAI LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption).
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ComplyAssistAI LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.
