Oklahoma OMMA opens comment on proposed permanent medical marijuana rules through December 8

The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority opened public comment on November 2, 2026, on proposed permanent rules for Chapters 1 and 10 of its rules. OMMA says the proposals implement legislative changes required by HB 3143, which its emergency rules in effect since August 28, 2026, already put in place. Comments are due by 5 p.m. on December 8, 2026, and an in-person hearing is set for 9 a.m. that day in Room 535 of the State Capitol. Chapter 1 covers hearings, summary suspensions and emergency cease and desist orders, and Chapter 10 covers program rules such as owner background checks and patient licenses.
