Overview
Distru is cannabis enterprise resource planning (ERP) software with a built-in business-to-business (B2B) wholesale marketplace. The company says the ERP works for cultivators, manufacturers, distributors and vertically integrated operators, and as of October 2026 it reports more than 450 customers across more than 30 states. Distru Corp. lists its address in Oakland, California.
Inventory tracking covers cannabis and non-cannabis items in one system. Manufacturers can plan and run production in Distru, reserving inventory, scheduling assemblies, managing bills of materials (BOMs) and cost of goods sold (COGS), and building recipes with multiple inputs and outputs. A label template builder pulls fields from inventory records, and reports can be downloaded, emailed or scheduled.
Distru keeps a two-way sync with Metrc and BioTrack, and the vendor says users decide when data is sent to the state. If Metrc goes down, teams can keep working in Distru and update the state system once Metrc is back. For harvests, Distru combines Metrc plant tag scanning, tote weighing and a Bluetooth scale to record harvest inventory in both Distru and Metrc. It also lists Outlaw Technology RFID and barcode scanners for reading Metrc tags.
DistruCommerce is the company's wholesale platform for brands and distributors. Sellers share wholesale menus only with verified cannabis retailers, and retailers get free logins to track orders, manage certificates of analysis (COAs) and invoices, and reorder. Distru states that DistruCommerce charges zero commission fees. Order fulfillment is supported by a mobile Pick-n-Pack app, and the ERP includes a cannabis CRM with a customer map, route planning and a brand portal.
As of October 2026, Distru lists integrations with Metrc and BioTrack for track and trace; QuickBooks (with Xero compatibility) for accounting; Dutchie, BLAZE and Treez for dispensary point of sale; LeafLink and Apex Trading for wholesale marketplaces; FundCanna and Headset for financing and market data; and Outlaw Technology for hardware. A Distru API is available for connecting other tools. Distru does not publish a price list. It says pricing depends on the size of the operation and the features needed, describes its pricing as flat, and says it does not charge per-order fees or commissions. The company also says customers do not need outside consultants or a six-month implementation project.
