Overview

Flourish Software makes a cannabis enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform that brings cultivation, manufacturing, distribution and retail into one system. The company was founded in 2017. A 2019 company announcement placed its headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, and its site now describes the team as 100% remote. Flourish says it serves more than 300 cannabis brands, from single-location businesses to enterprises with 50 or more facilities, and that it has worked with multi-state operators (MSOs) since its start, offering state-by-state compliance configuration.

The cultivation module is a central place for plant lifecycle tracking, and the manufacturing module focuses on consistency and cost visibility. Distribution tools cover inventory, compliance and supply chain management. The retail point of sale (POS) supports online orders, reserve-ahead, delivery, and front and back of house fulfillment. For wholesale, the Flourish Wholesale Portal runs on an open-source WooCommerce plug-in, and a two-way LeafLink integration syncs sales and operations to a live menu.

The Flourish mobile app runs on phones or rugged Zebra mobile computers for scanning, and it can connect to a Bluetooth scale to capture wet weights during harvest. Flourish released its first Android app in 2018 and added RFID counting and retail functions to its mobile tools in 2025.

For compliance, Flourish integrates with BioTrack, with Metrc through Metrc Connect, and with medical reporting systems including Florida's Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR), Virginia's Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) and the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA). The vendor lists queuing to reduce the impact of Metrc downtime, alerts and audit logs, and automated nightly inventory snapshots for reporting. Flourish says it renewed its SOC 2 Type II report in 2024.

As of October 2026, other listed integrations include QuickBooks Online, Jane, AIQ loyalty, IDScan.net for age verification, HubSpot and Zapier, along with an external API and webhook engine. Flourish publishes four pricing tiers, with prices ranging from $350 to more than $100,000 per month: Essentials at $350 per month, Launch at $1,000 per month, Scale at $3,000 per month, and Enterprise with custom pricing. Additional user seats are listed at $100 per month per user.

Ownership:
Flourish announced a $2.1 million seed round led by 7thirty Opportunity Fund in July 2019.
