Overview

LeafLink, founded in 2016, runs an online wholesale marketplace for the licensed cannabis supply chain. Brands and distributors list their catalogs, and retail buyers browse products, build digital purchase orders, work through approvals with sellers and pay on the platform. LeafLink reports more than 3,500 brands on the marketplace and over 12,000 sellers and buyers. It describes its footprint as 30 markets, mostly in the United States, while a February 2026 company release cites 34 US markets. Only businesses with a government-issued cannabis license can transact, and the catalog covers flower, vapes and cartridges, edibles, tinctures and ancillary products.

On the seller side, LeafLink offers a branded storefront, order management that adjusts inventory quantities when an order is approved, real-time inventory visibility across locations, and promotion and discount tools. A built-in CRM shows the sales pipeline, logs account activity and organizes reps by territory, and daily data reports track product performance. The Insights product provides wholesale market data such as sales by license and product line, plus low, medium and high price points for a category. Brands can also buy advertising, including display ads on buyer dashboards and emailed offers to purchasing managers.

Retail buyers can filter products by category, strain, THC percentage or price and request line-item changes before an order is final. LeafLink Payments lets sellers collect at the time of order, on terms or on sell-through, and the company says payment costs are stated up front. After acquiring Dama Financial in 2024, LeafLink added banking services: business checking and savings accounts, a purchasing credit card and applications for financing of up to $250,000. LeafLink Financial Services states that it is a fintech company rather than a bank and that First Option Bank and Dart Bank, Members FDIC, provide the banking services.

As of October 2026, LeafLink lists integrations with seed-to-sale systems Metrc and BioTrack, QuickBooks for accounting, Salesforce for CRM, ERP systems including Distru, Flourish, Canix, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dutchie and Wherefour, and inventory tools Batchbud and Fishbowl. The company states that it is SOC 2 compliant. In November 2024, LeafLink acquired Leaf Trade, a wholesale marketplace used mainly by multi-state operators and enterprise cannabis companies.

Ownership:
LeafLink acquired cannabis banking platform Dama Financial (announced July 2024) and wholesale marketplace Leaf Trade (announced November 2024).
