Overview
WebJoint is software for licensed cannabis dispensaries and delivery services that combines sales, dispatch, ecommerce and compliance in one system. Its product lines cover delivery management, a dispensary point of sale and ecommerce. The vendor says more than 500 cannabis businesses use the platform. In November 2017 the company closed a $1.5 million Series A round led by RedTape Ventures, according to New Cannabis Ventures.
Delivery tools include AI route optimization, real-time dispatch, delivery zones and inventory kits. Dispatchers can run automatic, manual or hybrid dispatch, and orders can be assigned automatically by driver proximity. The driver fleet app runs on iOS and Android, and drivers complete deliveries with ID verification at the door. For California, the delivery page addresses the vehicle manifest required for every delivery run, and for Michigan it describes tracking purchase limits across deliveries against daily or monthly caps.
The POS accepts cash, debit, ACH and cannabis-compliant digital payments and has a built-in loyalty program that tracks points, rewards and purchase history. Real-time dashboards report sales revenue, average transaction value, product performance, category breakdowns, employee metrics and shift summaries. Kiosk mode turns an iPad into a self-service ordering station. As of October 2026, WebJoint says all POS features are included with an account at no additional per-feature cost. For ecommerce, it offers an online store and a white-labeled native consumer app for iOS and Android.
Compliance features include receiving packages directly from METRC with automatic validation, tracking purchases across channels, blocking sales before checkout when limits would be exceeded, and age verification at account creation, checkout, pickup and delivery handoff. Compliance actions are logged with user and timestamp, and logs can be exported to CSV for inspections or audits. WebJoint's home page says the platform is compliant with New York OCM regulations. The vendor notes that compliance responsibility rests with the license holder and that it does not provide legal advice.
As of October 2026, listed integration partners include Weedmaps for menu sync, Alpine IQ for marketing, Straddle for payments and Zapier for connecting other apps, with webhooks for custom integrations. A home page FAQ answer says users can manage locations in California, Massachusetts, New York and Michigan from a single dashboard.
