Pharmacies in Sao Tome city and on Principe do not stock CBD products. Imports of CBD oils, capsules, or topicals are treated as cannabis derivatives under the 2008 law and seized at customs regardless of legal status in the country of origin. There is no industrial-hemp CBD pathway.
