Imports of CBD oil, gummies, and tinctures via Pakke Post or Air Greenland cargo are routinely held at the Royal Mail customs facility in Nuuk. Travelers carrying CBD must hold a Danish import permit (indførselstilladelse) and a prescription; without these, products are confiscated and a fine is issued. The Naalakkersuisut Department of Health has not opened a domestic medical-cannabis pilot equivalent to Denmark's Forsogsordning, so prescription-grade CBD such as Epidyolex is not dispensed from Dronning Ingrids Hospital in Nuuk.
