CBD is legal in Saint Kitts and Nevis under the Cannabis Act 2020, which authorized licensed production, processing, and sale of cannabis-derived products including CBD.
The Cannabis Authority regulates licensed CBD manufacture and distribution. Licensed dispensaries may sell CBD products to adults 21 and over. The Ministry of Health regulates pharmaceutical-grade CBD medicines including Epidyolex by prescription. Unlicensed commercial sale of CBD outside the Cannabis Authority framework remains an offense under Section 26 of the Cannabis Act. Personal possession of CBD products falls within the 56.7-gram cannabis allowance.
