Nauru's Illicit Drugs Control Act 2004 bans the cultivation, possession, supply and importation of cannabis, and 2021 amendments strengthened seizure reporting and drug-testing procedures. The prohibition leaves no lawful route to sell, buy or give away viable cannabis seeds on the island. No industrial hemp framework or medical cannabis exception exists in Nauruan law.
