Is CBD legal in the Republic of the Congo?
CBD is illegal in the Republic of the Congo. Loi 67-2011 does not exempt cannabidiol, and the Direction de la Pharmacie, du Medicament et des Laboratoires has not authorised CBD products.
Is hemp legal in the Republic of the Congo?
Industrial hemp is not authorised in the Republic of the Congo. The Ministere de l'Agriculture, de l'Elevage et de la Peche has no licensing framework for Cannabis sativa L., and Loi 67-2011 captures all cannabis biomass regardless of THC content.
